Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2002 (PS2)

Swing the Links with popular PGA goldfers such as Stuart Appelby, Tiger Woords (of course) and more. Tiger Woods is back with EA Games to make one of the most awesome looking golfing games for the PS2. By playing this game makes you feel like you were actually watching the Masters Tournament on T.V.
The graphics of this game is absolutely astounding. The people, th emotion, anf background, the courses, everything looks so lifelike. This game has very excellent facial graphics and expressions. The swinging motion looks the best to me. It looks like of someone recorded someone swinging and changed it into a graphicalixed picture. Even the tee flies in the air after the first drive or hitting the bunker trying to get onto the green looks real. Plus there's a new golfing mode. A 2-Player split screen of Speed Golf. Forget your golfer's etiquetteness because it's a race to the green!
Controls in this are at its best. The only way to swing is to move an analog-stick down, then up, like charging up and letting go of a swing. The angle of the hit is effect by where you move the stick. Push it more to the left, the ball hooks to the left. Plus if you do a perfect swing, a special camera sequence happens. Like the Matrix-like freezed 360 spin-around. And you might catch a glimps of doing a swing from the popular Adam Sandler's movie Happy Gilmore. Putting is quite a challenge in this. There are lots of hills and angling that make this game make you think on where to aim.
Sound makes this even more realistic. Bird chriping, ocean splashing onto the shore, hitting the ball on the tee or the ground makes it a outstanding experience. Grab your clubs and irons (or PS2 controller) and head for the courses!
